3Pillars is a multi-disciplined management consulting business that helps organisations turn strategy into results. We do this by bringing together deep expertise across strategy, organisational improvement, workforce solutions and capability development. Our multi-disciplined team brings an unprecedented level of integration across these services.

3Pillars clients benefit from the combined experience of a senior consulting team covering a combination of important disciplines — each consultant bringing a wealth of sector knowledge and a history of successful outcomes.

We started in Perth in 2008, when Jon Wilson, Steve Ibbotson and Dr Graeme Thomas combined their expertise to form an independent management consulting business — one that would bring expertise from a team of highly experienced consultants on a project-by-project basis, with low overheads and a competitive value proposition against the tier 1 alternatives.

3Pillars grew steadily as successful delivery across a wide variety of project scopes led to repeat engagements and active client referrals.

18 years later — after 600+ client engagements for 150+ clients across a range of industries — 3Pillars was acquired by Globe 24-7 to continue providing value in existing sectors while extending the expertise available to hundreds of mining clients around the world. We now add value to Globe 24-7's service offering in Australia and around the world.

Jon Wilson

Managing Director

Jon is a Registered Psychologist with a Master's degree in Organisational Psychology, specialising in the review and development of people systems and organisational processes to build capability and lift the performance organisations can sustainably achieve through their people. An expert in the measurement and development of workplace culture, Jon has led organisational change interventions, business improvement programs, team effectiveness reviews and leadership development across sectors spanning mining, defence, government, banking, health care and utilities.

Brendan is a progressive strategy and organisational development expert with over 30 years of experience as a strategist, business planner and analyst. He works closely with business leaders on developing and evaluating strategy options, commercial approaches, risk management plans and improvement initiatives — balancing external demands, internal strategy and operating models with people, processes and systems. Brendan brings honest and practical advice in complex environments, which he then helps to implement successfully.
