Background

Jon Wilson is a Director of 3Pillars Asia Pacific and Registered Psychologist with a Masters Degree in Organisational Psychology. Jon specialises in the review and development of people systems and organisational processes to build capability and enhance the level of performance organisations can sustainably achieve through their people. Jon also has extensive experience in conducting research and analysis to make sense of organisational and people management issues and is an expert in the measurement and development of desired workplace cultures.

Jon has designed and implemented a range of organisational development projects, including management of organisational change interventions, process and business improvement events, reviews of organisational and team effectiveness, establishment of new people management systems, and development of leaders. This includes leading a number of significant change projects stemming from new business strategies, reform or process improvement programs and implementation of new technology.

Jon’s industry experience spans aged and health care, banking, defence, financial services and wealth management, engineering services, fleet management, insurance, mining, oil and gas, professional services, State & Federal Government, transport & utilities.
